हामी हस्ताक्षरकर्ताहरु यो घोषणा गर्छौ कि भकभकाउनेहरुलाई भकभके बोली भएको व्यक्तिको रुपमा स्वीकार गरिनु पर्दछ ।सामान्य बोली प्रवाहको छनौट गर्ने नगर्ने भन्ने हाम्रो अधिकारको कुरो हो । हाम्रो बोली अरु सरहको प्रवाहयुक्त हुनुपर्छ भन्ने आशा गर्नु वा त्यसमा जोड दिने कार्य उपयुक्त होइन । हामी भकभकाउँछौ र त्यसरी नै हामी कुराकानी गर्छौं ।
आजको यश विविधताको समयमा पनि भकभके बोली भएका व्यक्तिहरुको समायोजनमा प्राय ध्यान दिईएको हुँदैन , चाहे काम वा कार्यस्थलमा , शिक्षामा ,वा दैनिक सेवा उपभोग गर्ने सन्दर्भमा । अन्य व्यक्तिहरुले यो आशा गर्छन कि हामी भकभके बोली भएका व्यक्तिहरु आफ्नो बोलीलाई उनीहरु सरहको प्रवाहयुक्त बनाउनतिर लागोस र फरक प्रकारले बोलोस । व्यक्तिगत हिसाबले हामी त्यसो गर्न चाहन्छौ र कोशिस पनि गर्छौं । तर एक समुदायको हिसाबले हामी भकभके बोली रोकिनु पर्छ भन्ने विचारको ठाडै ईन्कार गर्छौं ।
हामीलाई लाग्छ कि भकभके स्वरहरुलाई स्वीकृति र मान्यता नदिएसम्म कुनैपनि संघ- संस्थाहरूले समानता र विविधतालाई मान्यता दिएको दाबी गर्नु उपयुक्त हुँदैन ।भकभके बोली भएका व्यक्तिहरुलाई अन्य व्यक्ति सरहको सम्मान सुनिश्चितताको लागि उनीहरुसँग काम गर्न हामी हरेक संस्थाहरुलाई आग्रह गर्छौं ताकि हामीहरुको लागि पनि स्थान बन्न सकोस् ।
हामी जसरी बोल्छौ त्यसैगरी बोल्ने हाम्रो अधिकार हो ।
